We have a working ecosystem we have created in 2015, today we invite investors to support our idea of a new Baltic Fund that will invest on a pre-selected startup.

We are an accelerator and VC, growing the most promising Baltic and CIS startups from pre-seeded to stage A. We invest in hardware and robotics projects, cybersecurity, enterprise software, fintech, AI and blockchain.

About Baltic.fund
Let's start with the country where we operate. Lithuania is a member of the European Union since 2004, and a member of the Euro Zone for over 3 years. According to World Bank's Doing Business report 2018, Lithuania is ranked 16th in the world because it has a unique-friendly business atmosphere, and the World Economic Forum places Lithuania as Number 1 in the most inclusive developing country (Inclusive Development Report 2018). It is estimated that the entire Lithuanian market has more than 31,000 IT specialists and over 14,000 highly talented developers (according to Statistics of Lithuania, 2016). Lithuania is seen as a good hub for relocating technological jinn from Russia and the CIS countries. The number of entrepreneurs who moved from certain markets tended to go to Europe and thrive and thrive.


Our team is very experienced in this special market environment. We are very focused in this region after years of working with startup and IT recruitment in and for Lithuania, with some of our team members actually in Russia.

Second, technology and industry are underestimated. Our incubators and funds were founded by Marius Pareščius - a renowned Lithuanian IT and security expert, serial entrepreneur, and IT adviser for the Lithuanian Parliament. He has managed dozens of IT, security and internet projects both as CEO and advisor; working with banks, software development companies, data centers, web hosting companies, retail, and business associations, across Europe, the Baltic States, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. He, along with his team, is one of the few entities that can predict and grow startups in this region because they speak the same language, in every aspect of the business and investment world.

Thirdly, our ICO offers to expand the scale for investors. Being an accelerator and traditional technology fund at the beginning we raise funds from institutional investors and private equity. However, as fintech changed rapidly, we made the decision to check for new opportunities. All funds raised in cryptocurrency will be converted to Euro and invested in the traditional way.

But what's the difference? First of all, for us this is part of a bigger picture of how we attract money and how we use the money in the most effective and profitable way. This is not ICO for ICO.
