Ecosystems

Equitybase The Real Estate Platform is a new Ethereum-based Ecosystem based on Blockchain technology to the global Real Estate investment industry. Reducing entry barriers and increasing market liquidity at transparent prices will provide greater access to global investment and fractional trading in the Real Estate industry. Equitybase will offer an effective and secure investment and investment model worth USD 500+ billion in cryptocurrency, to a less stable and growing real estate market, generating rental income, value appreciation and hedging.

Application

Equity Reserve will apply as a secondary reserve operator that provides an additional layer of liquidity to the Equity Exchange platform, it will be used as a reserve pool to enable platform users to continuously liquidate their holdings with repurchase guarantees on the exchange. Primary reserves will be initiated by each project sponsor, whereby 5% of the total funds collected will be held in a multi-sig wallet and used for each ownership for liquidity purposes.

Investors and sponsors can manage their accounts, liquidate and invest through the Equitybase mobile app. Equitybase applications connect users to blockchain by utilizing smart contracts, users will be able to access their assets and investment information, whose value is recorded in the blockchain ledger. Token BASE.

Equitybase will launch its own token under the name BASE Token. Tokens will allow employers and legal entities to pay for smart contracts within the system. The token itself is developed on the ERC20 algorithm, which allows storing BASE tokens on every purse that supports the ERC20 algorithm, and the algorithm itself is well known for the speed and safety of data transmission in terms of fraud.

BASE token sales will last seven weeks (from 14 March to 30 April 2018). Equitybase provides bonus programs for investors for almost all token sales. Also from 28 February to 13 March, pre-sale tokens with a 40% discount will be made.
